This chair does not have any lumbar support, what you are adjusting is back tilt. The S curve is in the sacrum, there is no lumbar support

Few of them recline in a locked position. 10 years ago, all of them did. I found all the staples chairs i tried were uncomfortable.

I'd be really careful with the hex screw. Don't overturn it inwards. I wanted to tighten the recline so I kept screwing it. After repeated sitting and testing I checked the screw again and it is now stuck at an angle and I cannot get to it... And no, I didn't turn it with a large amount of force.

Thanks for this clear consise build video - subscibed. Im planning a build in the same case becuase of this video. I have one question, I notice the backplate for the mobo has a cutout. Does that cutout allow for a 2nd NVMe drive to be fitted to the back of the mobo as alot of ITX mobos have the second slot on the back. Does it need to be a NVMe drive without a heatsink or will the samsung 990 pro fit on the back of the mobo as the heatsink is pretty slim Thx

The only issue I see with adding backing to attach to is now the offset will need to be addressed at the bottom edge. Any thoughts?

Received mine, badly designed. The bottom part of the back of the chair hits the headrest support. It limits the chair movements when you lay back in it and will break. Show it with videos to Atlas and they will answer that it is normal... Buy it if you want, but know that it will limit and file the plastic...

Monitor arms suck. You don’t use them with a TV. The tv doesn’t have a “weird Vesa” bolt pattern. The tv is meant to be wall mounted. It’s a way cleaner option. Using a monitor arm with an adapter for a tv that size is silly. Just wall mount using any decent kit.

We need reviews for quality chairs that have arms that fold away/swing out of the way so we can play guitar or push the chair really close to the desk. It's proving very difficult to find a quality chair that isn't the hinomi. For example... I've found that the tcentric hybrid can be sold with "swing away" arms (they fold out of the way). However, I can't find anyone online that sells them with that option. I've sent a few emails out, but haven't heard back yet. Sitmatic chairs (sitmatic goodfit, sitmatic beta, etc.) include options for arms that completely fold out of the way. But I can't find any reviews for the chairs. There are also Office Master chairs that can be purchased with arms that can be completely removed, or you can purchase arms that fold away (similar to the tcentric and sitmatic). Again, it's hard to find reviews for these chairs.. There's the hinomi, of course, but I don't trust the company. It looks like they delete bad reviews on their website, the chairs have very aggressive lumbar support and are all mesh. I'd much rather not have all mesh. Anyway, that's what I've found so far. I wish the youtube reviewers would include some of these chairs (or others, if they exist).

3:13 DIY TAG SOLUTION: I got my Girlfriend to Detach the Tag from the back and she Stitched it into the back of the Headrest instead! She sews all the time and it was super easy for her to do but she wouldn't recommend it to anyone THAT HAS NEVER HAND STITCHED SOMETHING "DELICATE". But yeah now my TAG IS VISIBLE AGAIN! FOR CLARITY: She stitched it to the back of the headrest in the center where the Fabric is (kind of similar to how its attached to the fabric that folds back over the chair) if that makes sense?

2:09 Got this Headrest 2 days ago, THE DESIGN MAY HAVE CHANGED? IT'S NOW WAY EASIER TO INSTALL. The base can now be "split in 2" so you can screw in one side then take the other piece screw it into back of chair on other side, then screw it into the Headrest Frame. SUPER EASY!

Its weird that they still make firm racing seats why dont they just let us enjoy sitting around... damn i wish secretlabs would copy that pillow 🤩
